Delivery methods and prices

Minimum order: €9.

0,00 €: for orders of €27.00 or more. Delivered to Omniva and LP Express parcel lockers in Lithuania.

2,00 €: delivered to Omniva and LP Express parcel lockers in Lithuania. Delivery time 1–3 business days.

4,00 €: delivered by postal courier to the specified address in Lithuania. Delivery time 1–3 business days.

IMPORTANT: orders are shipped the next business day after payment.

Payment methods

Bank transfer. We currently accept payment by bank transfer. After placing your order, transfer the amount to our bank account and use your order number as the payment reference. We will ship your order the next business day after the payment arrives. More payment methods are coming soon.

Returns

What if an item is faulty?

Faulty items are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee from delivery. If you notice a defect, email us as soon as possible at info@jig.lt: give your order number and, if possible, attach photos. You can choose a replacement and, in the cases provided by law, a refund. The Seller covers the cost of returning and replacing a faulty item. The money is transferred to the bank account you specify.

Can I return an item that isn't faulty (wrong size, didn't like the colour, etc.)?

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving the item, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason: email us at info@jig.lt and send the item back within 14 days of your notice. We will refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may make the refund once we receive the item or proof that you have sent it. The cost of returning a non-faulty item is paid by the Buyer. If the item has been used for fishing, we may deduct its loss in value. Read more in the Terms of use.
