Owner ST-46 Stinger Treble

The Owner ST-46 (C’ultiva Stinger Treble) is a stronger than standard (medium heavy) treble hook from the Japanese maker Owner, made for fishing with hard baits.

The maker refined not only the point and the strength of the wire, but also the weld strength and the angle, position and thickness of the barb. As a result the hook sets without a hard strike, under the fish's own pull, even when the bite comes at long range. The Super Tin finish protects against rust.

Available sizes: #6, #4, #2, #1, 1/0 and 2/0. 6–8 pieces per pack, depending on size.

What it is for

• Lures: glide baits, swimbaits, big jerkbaits and other heavy lures.
• Fish: pike, big asp.
• Size: choose the same hook size the lure came with; the ST-46 is heavier than the ST-36, so a floating lure may rise more slowly.
