DECOY SN-1 Round Snap

The DECOY SN-1 Round Snap is a snap from the Japanese maker Katsuichi (DECOY), built on a simple idea: what connects the lure to the line changes how it moves. So the snap's shape was designed to let the lure work exactly as its designer intended.

The round bend suits all kinds of lure eyes, from wire eyes to screw eyes. The shape was designed with flow simulation (CFD) so the snap does not create turbulence that disturbs the lure. It also clips easily onto deep-set eyes, common on long-bill minnows. Every snap of a given size weighs the same, and the springy material resists metal fatigue.
